Overview
In 2023, I developed a fully custom theme (WordPress) for Elwood Bathers — an iconic beachfront restaurant located on the Elwood Foreshore in Melbourne, Australia.
This was not built using a pre-made theme or visual page builder. The entire frontend architecture and WordPress theme were engineered from scratch to ensure clean markup, maintainability, and long-term scalability.

The complete WordPress theme — including custom Gutenberg blocks, SCSS architecture, and Gulp pipeline — is open source and available on GitHub. Browse the codebase to see how the modular component structure, BEM methodology, and asset workflow were implemented from the ground up.
